Customer Services Launches a Blog !

After various discussions about the best means of getting information to customers without changing the simple elegance of the "e-tyres" website, the Customer Services Team has set up a blog.

The purpose of the blog is to further develop the customer service that is provided by the national network of Fleet Mobile Tyres, Ltd. Since 1992, the company has provided automotive services on the basis that the quality of its customer service, as well as its low prices, would be what determined its success.

Now into its 2nd decade of successful e-commerce, "etyres" (http://www.etyres.co.uk/) has tens of thousands of satisfied customers who depend on FMT to fit their tyres and batteries. To further assist these customers, and to provide a fuller service to motorists everywhere, FMT has now embarked on the packaging of tyre- and battery-related news as a public service.

The Customer Service team at Fleet Mobile Tyres invites the submission of information that may be useful to motorists. Anyone may submit comments to the stories and profiles in this blog, and fuller articles or essays may be emailed to the editors.
