Local Tyre Fitters Invited to Write Blogs

In a risky move, the CSM (Customer Services Manager) at etyres decided to invite all the hundreds of persons involved in the business nation-wide to write blogs.

It has always been a key concern of the management of Fleet Mobile Tyres Ltd., (aka "etyres", headquartered in Cambridge) that constant changes in the tyres and batteries industries were impossible for the average consumer to keep up with.

"We are a customer-centric business," said Katherine of the service team, "and one of our key frustrations has always been that we have to listen to customers explain why they were dissatisfied with other companies before they found us." She was particularly emphatic (we've all seen it numerous times in the office here!), that customers should have immediate access to information that will help them make informed decisions.

So not only is the Customer Service team now committed to trawling news for information that consumers should have easy access to... but they are also inviting all of the hundreds of people involved in etyres across the U.K. to contribute. Articles and essays will be put together from various bits of opinion and experience that are contributed... and, in the cases where the tyre fitters and their managers are motivated to write complete essays and articles for their customers, etyres will now publish those in this blog.

etyres is committed to making the customer experience as pleasant as possible, which is why so many hundreds of customers write and call in with their praise for the service. It is a strong policy across the company that an extra effort, that 110% effort that ensures the job goes well, is what brings the customers back to us.

In line with the principle that customer service is first, the launching of this blog by the company is also intended to encourage customers to share their experience, good or bad, so that the process of the business can continue to be improved.
